Programm for Social Entrepreneurs*
We will advise and support you in your social and cultural start-up project.
Are you inspired and want to make a positive contribution? Do you already have a concrete idea of how to overcome a social challenge? We will support you to start exactly at these points. Your idea will be turned into an effective business model. We will explore social entrepreneurial approaches with you and try out new working methods. Together we will create sustainable perspectives in your start-up project.

How do we go about it?
The program takes place from April to January.
You will receive more detailed information when we meet in person.
1. Onboarding
We get to know each other while you get an insight of the topic. Together we define your goals and tailor our consulting services to you.
3. Prototypes & Market Test
Your impact model and business model are tested against your assumptions in the real world. You create your first prototype and test how your idea is received on the market.
5. Pitch Night
Your start-up idea is finally translated into a sustainable impact model and business model. We clarify final legal and tax issues. We find suitable financing and support you in your start-up.
2. Problems & Ideas
We identify and explore a social challenge. An impact model and business model to solve it are designed. We make initial assumptions about the problem and your target audience.
4. Implementation & Foundation
Your start-up idea is finally translated into a sustainable impact model and business model. We clarify final legal and tax issues. We find suitable financing and support you in your start-up.
